Amor Europe is a Christian charity passionate about transforming lives, particularly those of children, young people and families living in some of the world's most challenging circumstances.
John Fudge, the charity's founder and CEO, is a longstanding member of our SKCC church family. We are delighted to have such a close relationship with Amor Europe and to support its work through prayer, giving and opportunities for members of our church family to join mission teams.
At the heart of Amor Europe is a desire to make Jesus known through practical acts of love, compassion and justice. Working alongside local churches and communities, the charity seeks to bring lasting change, empowering people and creating opportunities for individuals and families to flourish.
Making a Difference
Amor Europe's work takes many forms. From providing safe homes for families living in poverty to improving access to clean water, supporting health and hygiene initiatives, and equipping local churches to reach and nurture children and young people, the charity responds to a wide range of needs.
A particularly important part of its approach is building meaningful relationships with local communities, working alongside those who understand the challenges they face and supporting initiatives that can make a lasting difference.
Opportunities to Serve
Amor Europe also creates opportunities for people of different ages and backgrounds to get involved through mission trips and practical projects around the world.
Over the years, many members of SKCC, both young people and adults, have had the privilege of joining these teams.
The experiences are about much more than the practical work undertaken. They provide opportunities to build friendships, learn from different cultures, deepen faith and discover more of God's heart for people and communities.
