Hi, my name is Barney, and I have the daring pleasure of leading the Youth work and overseeing the Children's work at SKCC. I'm married to the wonderful Kayleigh!

We both enjoy good music, dance in its many shapes and forms, fine dining and meeting new, wonderful people! We have a background in teaching and working with children and young people, particularly within the church. Kayleigh also loves inspiring young people to be creative through art, dance, drama and the spoken word.

We are both passionate about the Church and seeing young people grow in their walk with Jesus! At SKCC, we want to deliver youth work that challenges, encourages and inspires young people in their everyday lives. We're big on making the Bible's teaching relevant and exciting in today's culture, helping young people discover what following Jesus looks like in the world around them.

We understand that being a young Christian isn't always easy – in fact, it was never promised that it would be! But by building strong foundations, developing friendships and providing a supportive pastoral team, we want to make SKCC Youth a journey to remember!

Above all, we want every young person to know that they are a valued and important part of the church family. They have gifts, ideas and something unique to contribute, and we want to encourage them to discover and grow in all that God has for them.
